SWOT analysis by Alagwu Tobechukwu. Let's first understand what the acronym SWOT stands for SWOT means Strength, Weaknesses, Opportunities and Threats in MMM community
STRENGTH:
1. There is security for participants since there is no central account for members to make donations to.
2. The system cut across every socio-economic class in a society 
3. The system is keep flourishing as a result of each members participation.
4. The system allows participants to make donations based on their spare money

WEAKNESSES
1. Since the system runs online if there is network problem participants will find it hard to perform any activity on the site
2. A participant with less than 50$ for fresh registration can not get registration bonus.
3. If a participant is on moratorium, he/she can not get help
4. So religion and culture still consider mmm as scam thus discouraging people from joining.

OPPORTUNITIES
1.    It has bonuses for referral bonuses, video bonus, guider bonuses, and first timers.
2.    It's fair financial system, everyone gets 30% of his/her donations 
3.    The system creates a platform where participants tends to make new friends thus uniting the country's.    
4.    They system creates an opportunity for an individual to achieve his dream. Thus the system gives hope for achieving a future dream.    
                      
THREATS
1.    The mass media who knows little or nothing about mmm carry fake news about the system thus creating panic on participants.
2.    The system is always on a great fight against hackers who try to penetrate participants account and defraud them of their money
3.    When the system is on maintenance it delay participants activities.
4.     The system experience some participants trying to create multiple account in order to receive referral and registration bonus as the case maybe.
