In his Sunday’s write-up, I quite
agree with Dr. Kayode Obembe,
National President of the Nigerian
Medical Association, that there’s
the need for politicians in Nigeria
to undergo psychiatric tests to
ascertain their mental state before
they assume positions of power. Be
that as it may, I can’t understand
why in the increasingly
competitive global economy, we
decide to opt for diminishing
political ideologies of “monkeys
and baboons soaked in blood”, of
“political cockroaches” and
“parallel government”..
