SALES MANAGER
Qualification:
•Reporting to the Head, Business Operations (subsidiaries), the preferred candidate will be expected to co-ordinate, drive and provide leadership for the sales force to achieve the sales objective of the team.
•Applicant must have hands-on experience in the sales of FMCG/Pharmaceutical products and be driven by a strong desire to achieve results.
•Applicants must possess a B.Pharm with at least four (4) years relevant experience and proficiency with MS Word, PowerPoint and Excel.
REGIONAL MANAGER
Qualification:
•Reporting to the Head, Pharma Sales & Marketing, the incumbent will be responsible for directing and controlling the company's business functions / sales in the region with core responsibilities for Institutional and Government Business to achieve agreed sales volumes.
•He/She must possess excellent planning and organizing skills, strong oral and written communication abilities and good presentation skills.
•Candidates must demonstrate a high level of competence in Marketing and Sales function and possess strong people leadership skills.
•Candidates should possess a degree in a relevant field, an MBA, Membership of relevant professional body with 10 years cumulative sales experience with a reputable company .
BRAND MANAGER
Qualification:
•Reporting to the Head, Foods Division the incumbent will be expected to coordinate, drive and provide creative Marketing strategies for the brand.
•Applicants must have hands-on experience in FMCG marketing with emphasis on food and have a good sense of creativity to achieve results.
•Applicants must possess an HND/B.Sc in Marketing or related disciple with a minimum of three (3) years relevant experience in brand management.
•Proficiency with MS Word, PowerPoint and Excel is a pre-requisite.
QUALITY ASSURANCE COMPLIANCE MANAGER
Qualification:
•Reporting to the Quality Assurance Manager, the incumbent will be expected to ensure that products are manufactured to meet safety standards in compliance with applicable regulatory requirements and company quality standards, implement QA systems related to Products and packaging materials.
•He/She will also review progress and work collaborarively to achieve objectives relating to product safety, compliance to company quality requirements and plant specific quality improvement plans and facilitate technical development through quality and risk assessment tools to strengthen and improve quality planning.
•Candidates should possess HND/B.Sc in a related field with minimum of 5 years experience in Quality Assurance function, 2 of which must be at managerial level in a pharmaceutical company.
•He / She must have sound knowledge of cGMP and current trends with regards to quality issues in pharmaceutical environment.
TECHNICAL CONTROLLER - PRODUCTION
Qualification:
•The preferred candidate will be expected to work within and oversee the Production proces teams to achieve output and efficiency targets. He/She must demonstrate a high level of competence in Pharmaceutical production and possess strong people leadership skills.
•Candidates should possess B.Pharm Degree with at least 10 years relevant pharmaceutical manufacturing experience in a reputable company.
SPECIALIST BUSINESS EXECUTIVES
Qualification:
•Reporting to the Specialist Business Manager, the incumbent will be involved in the promotion of the company's assigned products to medical and allied professionals in teaching, general and specialist practice through various levels of marketing interviews/medical meetings sufficient to achieve the agreed prescription and sales target.
•Candidates must possess a B.Pharm/B.Sc in Pharmacology with at least one (1) year medical field sales experience with a reputable company.
•Applicants must be result oriented, self-motivated with good oral and written communication skills and must possess strong persuasion and presentation skills with proficiency with MS Word, Powerl'oint and Excel
PERSONAL ASSISTANT
Qualification:
•The incumbent will be expected to provide first class secretarial support.
•He/She must be a top flight Secretary with good oral and written communication and inter-personal relationship skills.
MACHINE OPERATORS (Blistering/Compression)
Qualification:
•OND/C & G hands-on technical experience
•Applicants should possess a Degree / HND in Secretarial Administration or a relevant field with at least 5 years experience in a similar position.
