PRESIDENT Goodluck Jonathan,Sunday, said the dates of the rescheduled
general elections, remained sacrosanct even as he commended Nigerians for
showing interest in the electoral process.
He also highlighted the achievements of his administration on key areas, noting
that the next four years would be a period of consolidation for the country.
The President said this in Abuja during a presidential debate convened by the
Nigeria Election Debate Group, NEDG, for all the presidential candidates ahead
of the March 28 presidential elections.
Aside the President, other participants were; Chief Chekwas Okorie; United
Progressives Party,UPP, Chief Martin Onovo; National Conscience Party,NCP,
Prof. Oluremi Sonaiya; KOWA party and Chief Godson Okoye; United Democratic
Party, UDP.
