I doubt qsat is suffering from thieves... this dongle usually wakes up at will, goes off wen we least expect them to... comes to life wen everyone is sleeping... I have personally concluded that these Chinese no longer care about their servers because Nigerians, Ghanaians, Kenyans, Ugandans, Zambians etc will continue to buy both their codes and decoders..
We ourselves have fueled this because we continue to support them even wen they are off.
I am sure if someone had only just qsat and no other options, they would be so frustrated about their way of doing things... they don't care about customer care and support because they are sure we will buy from them again..
