Description
Rebuilding of various types of pumps for onshore and offshore operations
Rebuilding of compressors and blowers
Balancing of rotors for various machines
Alignment on onshore, offshore machines

Requirements
A high level of technical knowledge and strong practical skills
good problem-solving skills
the ability to work alone and as part of a team
the ability to follow set procedures
computer skills
good communication skills
a sound knowledge of health and safety regulations.
Prepare and set up equipment for operatives, either manually or by programming settings
respond to sudden breakdowns during a production run
diagnose problems quickly and fix faults on site
reassemble and test machinery to make sure it is safe to go back into production
carry out planned maintenance, for example checking circuitry
clean, oil and grease machinery

record work in detail and inform shift managers of progress or problems.
