THANKS I have confimed that HAWK dongle is working fine. The red light is flashing meaning that there is a link between w3a satellite and the dongle. for far i can open ds... channels like supersport BLITZ, boomerang (cartoon chaneel) , aljazeera, animal planet, bbc, BET, and some few ones. i hope other dongles will be back too. it has nothing to do with software just same old firmware. | |

| i don't think is the power plug,cuz at times when ever i touch the socket the red light on the hawk comes on,and then go off after about 2 minute,when i selected dongle 1 from the receiver,there was some thing like baud rate am i suppose to chose a particular frequency?.

| after i upgrade.... the software version of my dog read 28th.. and the green light is on (lock) permanently its not changing to red (stb)... pls gurus in the house what is the problem?

If the Link light is flashing,( Red Light ) then you have a good link with w3a satellite. Meaning that your dongle is alive…. Was your receiver working fine in the past? then surely no need receiver upgrade. | |
