john pls i dont even know how to download the software into avater i was workin from one desktop to another the desktop show nothing with the r232 cable i dont even it on desktop connect to internet now i just finished the winrar download u told me to

Please what type of avatar are you using, is it avatar 1 or 2. let us know and we will provide the solution for you. let me know the firmware downloader you are using.
