Samsung confirmed yesterday that it's main launch event from MWC 2017 will be held on February 26. The invitation to the event shows the sexy silhouette of what appears to be the company's flagship tablet, the Galaxy Tab S3.
However, attendees to the press conference will also be given a taste of what's to come from Samsung one month later, a look at the Galaxy S8. The Korean media reports Samsung plans to run a one-minute video showing the Galaxy S8 during its MWC 2017 press conference.
Samsung has already confirmed the Galaxy S8 will not be announced later this month, but the handset maker wants to maintain the hype around its flagship.
It's unclear how much time Samsung will dedicate to this “unexpected” preview of the Galaxy S8, but we're hoping the company will reveal things about the phone that aren't shown in the teaser.
Currently, Samsung plans to announce the Galaxy S8 on March 29, but the smartphone won't go on sale until April 21. On the other hand, the Galaxy Tab S3 is likely to hit the shelves much earlier.
