need help

Hello the specialists,
Need your help,
I have strong srt 4922 and v8 super, these 2 receivers worked
well, meaning connect without problem to server.
So there is a server used its lines long times without problem; but suddenly strong and v8 super  stopped connecting to that server; others servers connect without problem. I asked the server owner if disconnected my lines, and he said lines are not disconnected.
I changed network but same problem.
So I tested those lines with a startrack decoder with same network and connecting well with it. I asked the server owner if he changed something on his server, told me nothing changed.
So that why I need your help to correct the connection problem of  strong and v8 super.

Please help me  ...????
