If you want to scan MBC try it at night by 7 to 8PM, reception is okay by that time

The sats are very close so it can happen. I dont think their signal quality will be higher, when this happen.

sirus Astra 4A is on 4 degrees E and W3A is on 7 degrees E, sometimes you will get both at one position but, a time will come when they will actually be on their respective position.

for you to get mbc look for stronger ku like that of dstv ku im using it i got mbc 67%
