ARSENAL & BARCA BATTLE FOR BRAGA STARLET

Arsenal and Barcelona are battling to make Braga teenager Pedro Neto the second most expensive 17-year-old in football history, according to A Bola.
Braga have already rejected a €15 million (£13.2m) offer from Arsenal for the forward and won’t sell for less than his €20m (£17.6m) release clause.
Barcelona are reportedly preparing to make a final offer in the coming days and that could lead to Neto being behind only Alexandre Pato in the list of most expensive 17-year-old footballers.
