Pls help, my Installer don Milk me die.

I'm a complete novice and i got this site out of curiosity.
First,i give a great kudos to the owner of this informativeand interactive site.
My problem: I have 3strong decoder and a DStv Card, bcos i'm a newbie to the biz,my installer charged me #1500/decoder for upgrade and splliting,i thought it was a fair price after reviewing the cost of extra-view on dstv decoder, and for the past 4weeks,my decoder has never split the needed channels while he keep giving excuses about the version of my card.
The series of the decoder are:
Srt 4669XII and 4663XII while my card is Irdeto access,Version 5.
Please kindly put me through the needed patch i'll use to get the network split.

What you are looking for is already dealt with on this forum. All what you need do is to search for it at the top right hand side of the site. You dont need to create another thread for this my brother.

Mayb som of them d't read site rule and regulation b4 registr.

The problem is dat most of dem just want easy access to everything and do not want to search for anything.

I believe you've heard what our moderators have said so just do exactly that or you can still go to patch forum and search for the topic.

@Gurus in the house, pls forgive and pardom me cos it seems i just find myself inside the firing squad of NTC but as a matter of fact, i don't know which of the patch to download and i have this fear instilled in me that if wrong patch is used,i can damage the whole decoder.
Once againd i plead for my innocence,please direct me to the patch that wil do the magic.

I've been reviewing this site since yesternight but i seems to be thirsty in the middle of an ocean. At a time i got some info that 4669XII series are fake and could got fried if used with the original patch, my installer once said this pls kindly put me through as i don't want to ended up regreting.

strong product srt4669XII is not a fake pruduct, as a result you can use any firmware with it.
You can check strong-technologies.com to find it out yourself.

guy let me tell you d koko....if you split d receivers, it will not open super sports for you..but it you want to open supersport, that means you will have to use the software for it........but note: If you use the software, it will not split again

Instal d sw on it, split it on 69xii. Better still, try to patch ur 69xii also. As i said, put just any loadable card; e.g. Hi card in ur 69xii in oda nt to b exiting error on its screen every 5secs.
