I have a 3G/3.75G wireless N router, model TL-MR3220 with a compatible modem(D-Link DWM-156) but it is not connecting to the internet. Is there any setting needed? Note: i am not having 3G service in my location only Edge and Gprs. Pls help me.

Do you use direct sim on ur router or a modem? If its a modem, give me the model and make of the modem.

i use a direct sim on my router.and is working perfectly..

We're still looking out for ways to decode ericsson W35 router. Any guru in the house who know how to go about this?

you can go for 3g Tp-link router . is around 13k in akure. it is compatible with most 2g , 3g even 4g modem of most nigeria networks . works petfectly for me

Is the router locked that it can not use any nigerian network or u want to set it up and don't know how to?

If you want a good one that works with GSM networks, go for Huawei E960 or E970. They come with direct sim slots and simple in design. They cost between 13k-15k.

Good Day Guys,

I bought this 3G WiFi Router with Power bank (china), I followed the instructions on the manual, inserted my  modem; setup the network on my system; my system found the network but couldn't establish connection. I used mtn, glo, etisalet and airtel networks the same issue.

Please help;
Will I have to configure my sim to allow router connection  or is there something i have to do to get it work.

Setting up a router u say? It shd connect automatically nw or u'v to unlock the modem in order to work with Nigeria network.
