pd proxy server problems

pd proxy is having server problems for some time now. did any person notice that too?

It isn't server problem but mass spamming from Nigeria that's why they blocked all IP from here they even advise premium subscribers not subscribe their service as this new rule may affect them in addition already they have lost 6 servers as a result of spamming from Nigeria you can email them for more information
