my mtn sim is not rest it. if i send rest to 131 is not working

i was given 100mb but wen i send 2 to 131 the msg i see says my 100mb as expire pls wat can i do. And have tried d reset but e no dey work

I think is network problem. Just keep on trying. try to reset around 4am in the morning.
