Hi Friends, Here to inform you that our Engineers are done with repair on this Qsat server meanwhile the server simcard was observed expired
And will need to recharged and change.
Engineer promise Eutelsat channel service will fully resume play in 3days (wednesday) though some will start later today or tomorrow. Please do not temper with your decoder settings!

Attention: we are very sorry for the interruption in service and also we do appreciate your kind patient and cooperation, wish to serve you better!

This happens to all dogs related products they have down time the solution is to have an alternative/back up . They will sort this problem out . Let all be patient until the problem is sorted out
