crooner’s political move came as a great shock to many.
Tony Tetuila, who reigned in the mid-nighties with his songs, has not done in the field of music of lately. Nevertheless, he has managed to keep himself relevant by declaring his intention to run for Kwara State House of Assembly, Irepodun Local Governmen.

However, various reactions have trailed the musicians move since he made it public that he would be running for a seat come next election.
It would be recalled that just recently also, Nollywood actor and anchor of reality show, Gulder Ultimate Search, Bob-Manuel Udokwu made it known that he has decided to join his colleagues in politics. Bob-Manuel is a leading and pioneer Nollywood actor who is a native of Idemili North Local Government in Anambra. He would be contesting in the 2015 general elections into Anambra State House of Assembly to represent Idemili North constituency.
