Ok, dis is what i did after upgrading my queen with d latest software den i followed d above method;
Step 1...
On your device go to menu setting Ethernet config auto link unmark it.......
Step2...
Off your device and ON it ...
Now go back to same process auto link mark it then press your blue button to link. Sstep3...
Now go back to your XCAM Avatacamhd active code off/on to ON
0000000000 OK it then
input this code 4715121513
OK it and press your red button your device will reboot.
Step4...
Now go back same process to mark your auto link and press your Blue button then go to your xcam do not input the code given up above just press your red button to activate.

Must one upgrade with latest sw? Bcos mine isn't with latest sw and d procedures never work here.

finally my qsat 13 don fry. totally dead bcos the load will nt even appear for booting.
