yes it can. I v used it to track for 2pple new. Just track mytv first with 12682h 26657 wit ku band lnb on intesat68.5ku and get d highest percentage like 80% and above den remove d ku band lnb and put back ur c band lnb but make sure u remove d di electric plate from ur c band lnb to hit green. Use stone to hold ur ku band lnb.
