WRONG SRT 4622XII PATCH

I UPDATED A STRONG SRT 4622XII DECODER A MAN BROUGHT FROM USA WITH 4622XII PATCH FOR AFRICA AND MIDDLE EAST.I DOWNLOADED THIS PATCH FROM STRONG WEBSITE.THE DECODER AFTER THIS IS NOT BOOTING.CAN ANYONE HELP PLEASE?

It also happen to me, what you do is to format the decoder back to its origin patch.

WHAT ARE THE STEPS PLEASE?

CLICK MENU-SCROLL DOWN TO SYSTEM SETTING- A BOX WILL POP-UP BY YOUR RIGHT BAR- SCROLL DOWN TO DATABASE RESET AND CLICK "OK". READ AND FOLLOW THE INSTRUCTIONS. AFTER THAT YOUR DECODER WILL COME BACK TO IT'S NORMAL FORMAT.
GO BACK AND RESCAN IN THE CHANNELS. GOODLUCK.
KEEP ME POSTED, SO I WILL DIRECT YOU ON WHEREVER YOU ARE NOT GETTING RIGHT.

There is a high possibility of it being fake.

All u need is firmware to firmware transfer as a result of wrong STB software,u should have use 4663xii software cos they use the same sw.patch 122 works fine on that decoder.

Find someone who has that kind of decoder & do the firmware transfer,search for HOW TO WAKE A FRIED STRONG RECEIVE here & follow the procedure there
