free channels on sirius 4.8 east

have you pple heard about e-pack tv on sirius 4 someone told me that they have some good channels but did not know the frequencie. pls can anyone in the house send me the frequencies. thanks very much

There is no package like "e-pack tv" on that sat!!! I know of TOP TV and not e-pack TV.
