For all avatar-2 dongle and 007 dongle,it has the solve way and back to working long times.you can connect your local provider to solve your problem,the upgrade way is not same as before.i don t know why you have not get the upgrade file.

we can not provide the service for a single person,if you are a local saler or have more dongle in your hand,you can contact me and solve your problem.

Regarding the dongle knock off, is not our reason, but is the DSTV track. We continuously in provide the support to DONGLE.

yes ofcos all mpeg-4 decoder are mp4&mp2.... for e.g some mobile fone support avi format only. While some support avi mp4,3gp, 3gs etc. A decorder that is only mp4 codec can not play mp2 format
