Strong 4922A stop opening channels

Hi,
I bought CCcam account for 1 year and was using c-lines during the last 6 months.
But since 3 weeks , all channels stopped working.
my clines are still valid,because I contacted my dealer to verify.
I bought another 1 month acount, but still not working.
Please can somebody help me , is there any change in CCcam servers , mainly for CANAL Sat channels.
When activated , my c-lines connexions show 'Connected' , but channels are not opening.
Do I need to be on a specific satelite to open CanaSat channels ?
My internet connection is broadband , youtube and other addons are ok.
Problem happen also to 2 of my friends.

Contact d dealer...d person u bought it from...there я̩̥̊ many ccam in town

Canal sat is not working on another decoder for now, except their own decoder.

New patch out for strong 4922. vs 147! u can check it out.

Dos it come wit option?

have the soft work on EPG?
