Hello friends, Here to inform you guys that our server for QSAT DECODER is down (Not Steady) since last upgrade on server due to big error observed on some of the active code.
Earlier this month our Engineers upgraded server for QSAT just to make sure is well protected and also to give you guys a better service in term of IKS system. Since this upgrade. server for QSAT as been shuting out some active code disconnecting it from port which led to disturb in service.
Now engineers as come up with EnGenius plan? changing your active code automatically.
Some Active code will change while others will remain (it will change mostly on decoder produced last months).
Here to inform you that we do appreciate your kind patient and will always renspond to you in due time.
Will designed QSAT server so as to give you guys the best service in IKS world. Please do patient with us as we faceout this had time.
We face same problem on Azsky server then in year 2006 but later with customer in patient our Engineers resolved the issue,
we know many of you are new into this system so kindly patient please.

factory reset is not necessary mine came up since yesterday without doing anything, my guys it's just patience they will all come back

Yes....factory reset is not really necessary but u can try it 1st. Normally,it cums back on its own.

If qsat is off and on, you need to do factory reset but if its just offline it will come back on it own
