Trying to update my Qsat G13 all I see is no match found what could be the problem I download the sw for G13 though

u must hav downloaded d wrong version, or mayb dia was a problem wen u were downloading. D file may also hav been corrupt (esp wen ur usb flash is infected)

If it does not, den use Q11g sw version 4 ur Q13g it will work

good for new software

Pls help my friend, I bought 3 q23 and its only its own that's not working now mean while we are all code 45...... He said he upgraded the sw but same, he tried with lan and 3g to no avail. I wish I the house can help him thru me on what to do. Thanks
