hello house, there's this queen with me that has refused to see sim card; what it writes each time is "NO DONGLE DEVICE". What can be done 2 fix this problem, ancl,stainlez,safex,smile2012 and others, help out pls!

How strong is 3g connection in your area?

It works perfectly with router and modem, but D owner doesn't have modem/router and want 2 use sim card with it

Ask the owner to put the sim inside in his phone and he should go to network and set the phone to 2g connection only. Please, I am expecting your feedback

it must just usd another sim. with me hre one biz dt see MTN i change to AIRTEL the poor network n my area one time it see it.

You can also put the sim on 3g mode permanently then

CONCLUSION: Try as many sims(airtel, glo, etisalat and MTN) as possible

Probably d sim slot hole is bad.

Use glo it works wonders
