use strong lnb and no need of dielectric plate
follow the following instructions

East, wen u want 2 track it first track intelsat68 wit 12562h26657 get d
maximum quality like 90% upward den remove d ku lnb u used 2 track
intelsat68 and put c band into it after dat input ur c band from as
4064h19850 or 3739h26597 or 3900h22222 to ur 4922 decoder

use the first frequency to track and get the maximum signal up to 85% then blindscan. maintain lb to 10-11 o clock
