WAEC GCE CHEMISTRY
PRACTICAL.
1.What can can cause the condition of specimen A {alkaline soil}?
Answer : when there are excessive quantities of soluble minerals.

B.Which area can specimen A be found?
Answer=>It can be found in arid or semi arid area like desert nud and savanna.

A. Distinguish between aliphatic and aromatic hydrocarbon
B.Identify carbohydrates and giant molecules as constituents of natural products found in plants and animals.

A is a solution of acid {h 1306} A is a solution containing 20.3g per dm^3 of HYDROCHLORIC ACID[HCL].

A) put A into into burrete and titrate with 15 or 25 cm^3 portion of B using methyl of ur pipete.
===============
Tabulate ur burrete reading and
calculate d average volume of acid.

B) from ur result and information given calculate the
1) Concentration of b in moldm-3.
ii)Concentration of A in moldm-3.
iii)Concentration of A in gldm- 3.

CHEMISTRY PAPER 1
(1a) distinguish b/w a strong acid and concentrated acid
(b.) 25cm3 portions of 0.10mol dm-3 solution of sodium trioxocarbonate(iv) were titrated against dilute hydrochloria acid.

THE TABLE BELOW GIVES THE BURRETE READINGS
Final burette reading (cm3) first

Titration was 25.60 second was 30.85

Third was 26.35 initial reading first was 085 second was 5.65 third was 1.50
(1.)name a suitable indicator for d titration n give its color change at d end point
(ii.) Cal d average tire value and hence determine d conc of d acid in mold per dm3.
(iii) state 3 precautions to ensure dat accurate result are obtain 4 d titration
