The ku-band has 5 figu for the frequency, while c-band has 4 figure for the frequency. Eg ku-band frequency 11935. Eg c-band frequency 4030

note the symbol rate always change Ku band may sometimes four figure and c band also sometimes change to five figure so is verse versal.

No only symbol rate change, but not frequencies. Ku always has five' while c-band has four. So frequencies never change.
