The current best governor in Nigeria Willie Obiano is currently constructing a superb Flyover bridge in Awka, the Anambra state capital without making any noise about it.. It may interest you to know that three of these masterpiece are ongoing simultaneously in the state capital at a time other governors are crying of finances and looking for MTN fine money to share. This is in addition to paying workers salaries as at when due.
