Justice Gabriel Kolawole has ordered that erstwhile Chairman of Daar Communications Plc, owners of AIT and Raypower FM, Chief Raymond Dokpesi who is being tried by the Federal Government on six count charges of violation of Public Procurement laws and money laundering be returned to the custody of the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission, EFCC.

The judge after listening to arguments from Mike Ozekhome, counsel to Dokpesi and Rotimi Jacobs, counsel to the Federal Government on why the media mogul should or should not be granted bail, the Judge adjourned ruling till 12pm on Monday, 14 December.
