Dia service is crazy....at tymz @ 58% it wont hit green n oda tyms @ 50 it hits green

Hello everyone, please i need your help , i am using strong decoder SRT 4669XI, and i have tried to upgrade to the frequency of F= 12522 and SR = 19531 P=V but each time i do that , the respond i get is same TP exist< i have tried deleting all the channels and doing it o\all over again, but the same problem still persist. I nedd help from anyone who can advice me on what to do

look for any of the freqs dat have dat number n delete it den u can now input dat new freq

restart your decoder you will being fine
