Please gurus in the house, how can i scan my strong decoder for more channels. i use strong decoder srt4669xii.

am watching only multitv and so many christian channels. i want to be able to watch good channels.someone wants to help me but said i should pay 5k (5000 naira) to help me scan it. please and please i need your assistance.
