Transponders get messed up everytime there's a major upgrade by a network. I dont see anything suspicious, I see a test tp thats become available to the public. It's a matter of time, one of the transponders will go off, either the original or the new one introduced. They might as well just be working to offset the load on the original transponder.This happens often on mytv too
