ok i dont own a q23g but imma use my general qsat expberience...when u are on the channel...click epg...u will see the programs title for the program u're watching now and for the next scheduled program...click the right button...and click enter on the program title and wallllla...info available

Are u sure? If code 40 is certainly back online, other codes shall be online as well. Only code 40 and 41 are malicious codes. Check your connection and sim.
