Bad Avatar Upgrade

First topic message reminder :

i upgrade my avatar dongle and the right light always show. no green light. i used the av cable to connect to my tv but there was no display.


please help me out to reset my avatar dongle

Shebi u upgraded ur box and it crashed. U shuld hav dumped d old sw well beta stop complainin here bcos ure not even qualified to receive anytin related to dis issue. If u ar impatient to stay here and grow den c ur dealer.

Don't mind dis newbies they tink those of us who hav bin here did not gradually take tym to b part of d forum. They tink they can just come here anytym they want and instantly get wat they want witout even understandin where they are and den start complainin.

actually whether he is banned or not he's already achieved what he wants, by posting his contact so peeps can get in touch with him. so the best thing is to delete that particular post that's infringing upon the forums rules.

1. A software problem which u can do ur self by either erasing and installing the appropriate software or doing a factory reset.
2. A hardware problem in which either ur IC is expired or bad due to a very faulty software upgrade. In dis case u just have to change the IC.
