MacTay Consulting is recruiting on behalf of one of our clients, a globally renowned telecommunications provider. Our client is seeking to hire a number of Admin Officers to assist in the general running of the organization:

Job Title: Business Support/Admin Officer

Job Location: Lagos

Job Role: Business Support/Admin Officer

Job Responsibilities:

– Using a variety of software packages, such as Microsoft Word, Outlook, Powerpoint, Excel, Access, etc., to produce correspondence and documents and maintain presentations, records, spreadsheets and databases;

– You will Devising and maintaining office systems;

– you will handle Booking rooms and conference facilities;

– Using content management systems to maintain and update websites and internal databases;

Job Requirement:

. Minimum of Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field

. Minimum of 2 years work experience.
