President Muhammadu Buhari has ordered the Chief of Army Staff, Lt General Kenneth Minimah to release 183 Islamist boko haram terrorist fighters to their terror group with immediate effect.
The President who describes the Islamist as his disgruntled brothers is planning to have a negotiation with the terrorists that lead Amnesty and financial compensation for a group that sent over 19,000 Nigerians including children and women to untimely grave.
