If it is right to ask a question from the honourable administrator of this forum, then may I please be enlightened on the person who is solely responsible for putting up LATEST TOPICS? This question arises from the fact that these obsolete subjects are put up as latest topics and when people converge on it somebody comes from somewhere to remind the eager and anxious people that it is obsolete.
It my considered opinion that somebody or some people are preying on the anxiety or naivety of the valuable bloggers here.
I believe the managers of this forum have a duty of care towards its members and it should be excercised.
