CCCAM AND ORTON X403P

First topic message reminder :

I have been trying to make my Orton x403p work with cccam without success. I just confirmed that the account is working as I used a friend'd strong 4930 to test the account and it worked.

I have used hsdata.cfg file which loaded successfully but did not work. I have inputed the account data manually without success.

@Suny11, That my Orton issue is still not resoled. I cannot get an account to work on it.

I want to know if there is something I ought to do like for instance in the case of Dreambox where you have to make it cccam active by pressing the blue button and installing cccam 2.1.3 or the latest version available.

Have your rechecked the login details?
After inputing ur IP did you restart the receiver for the new IP to take effect?

Pls note CCcamd account and Newcamd account only use different Port!!!! that when you useing CCcam account,you must close all Newcamd account,when you useing Newcamd account, you must close CCcam account, And when you useing newcamd account for watching .if you have find freezing or can't open channel, you need change to CCcam account immediately. And when you useing CCcamd account for watching channels.if you have find freezing or can't open channel, you need change to Newcamd account immediately.

I got tired yesterday, disconnected it and bought Martini. I hope to return to it tomorrow evening.

Meanwhile, I was using a cccamd account. I was able to ping it with the receiver ping function, moreover, I was able to check weather report for Lagos as well as yahoo news from the receiver. BUT CCCAMD did not work.

No. I dont have. The clines that I have were given to me by Suny11 and Jostunde and they are working.

@Timire, thanks. That was exactly what I did. You know, in the hsdata file on the site where I downloaded the latest update, there is already a sample cccamd, and others, but my own box has deskey preselected for cccamd even as it is not included in the hsdata.cfg and cannot be erased.

Or is there a way to remove it?

@biss1 you don't need to erase anything there the programme knows what to do.when on cccam protocol the programme will ignore the DESKEY 01 02 to 14 values but if it is newcamd server and protocol you are using then the programme will make use of the DESKEY values

how to activate ur nasscam in ur Orton
1. Goto menu->internet->Netclient config
2.press the EPG button to download the nasscamd configuration from the internet,the receiver will reboot
3.Goto the menu->internet->netclient config again
4.press the button written P/N
5.Select nasscamd active
6.Enter #55#007*
7.Press red button to confirm
once done they will give 31 days trials.It opens psat and other satellite but not dstv,no mytv too.It is just to test ur orton.
Note:ur decoder must be connected to the internet before u do all these.And write down any former cccam address u have down b4 u do it cos it will overwrite them(it will clean them and replace it with it own)

open a notepad and write as follows:

cccamd~yourserveraddress~port~uersname~password

example:

cccamd~ntcguys.no-ip.org~1234~welcome~we216

after that click file then save as.then under file name just clean only the txt and name it .cfg(dot cfg) then goto Save as type and select All files then save.Once you save it your cfg file will be created immediately.It is that cfg file that is your hsdata file, put it in a clean usb flash drive that does not have anything in it not even a folder.plug the usb to your Orton decoder and go to internet connection, Netclient Config and press the search button(next to the button written UHF) your cfg file will load quickly and decoder will reboot.After reboot goto Netclient Config you will see your cline arranged in order and even active.
The above is for cccam server. for newcam just small difference see below:

Is there any software or function to ENABLE MULTIPLE AUDIO TRACK AND /OR SUBTITLE DATA in Orton x403p.
This is particularly relevant for NSS7 and some other non english broadcasts, with a view to changing audio track or enabling subtitle as is usually available on Video Players

@biss1 It is already in Ortonx403p hd, if you are using hdmi cord for your LCD hd-tv you enjoy this function or you have scart cable for ordinary tv (cathode ray tube tv) with scart input.The problem is the provider has to supply subtitle and or english/french or portugues option from their end.If they don't provide from their end there's nothing you can do.It is not available on nss7 as I have tried it.I'm enjoying it on other satellites(I don't want to mention names).

Thanks, I understand you. I am actually using HDMI on LCD. I can use the audio functions on other stations as you have experienced but felt there was something I can do to fetch the language option from the NSS7 this is becos I know that English people living in France will be given that option.
