can i use one dish for DSTV and Multy tv channel ?

Just want 2 know b4 i make any attempt, or if there are any other channel of such dat i can combine on one dish?
I dont really mind buying additional card or subscriptions payment only want to maximize d use for my dish without hanging 2 many outside.
