This is not IPTV, this is satellite broadcasting with NO smartcard required to provide cw . Note: The same system is being used on zuku tv with verimatrix encryption system, but previously cryptoworks was the encryption system used but it was removed and updated to verimatrix after being compromised SO this is NOT IPTV, DOnt mix the 2 system this is satellite broadcasting with USE of whitepaper (chip)
