No hardware issue... Speed hd s1 tuner is far better than q13g tuner.... Only software issues remain but it seems they are at work to resolve theses issues

Just track 22w... And get a scrambled channel there and after setup your connexion plug your ethernet cable and feel the magic... It is plug and play no button to press.... The better way to activate it is router... Lan or wlan connexion and after you can setup your simcard or gprs modem...

Good back to your dealer and ask him to activate it for you... If he can't simply change the box... These new boxes Q23g and speed hd s1 are sometimes faulty made or the Mac address have not been authorized yet... Go back to the dealer
