Thanks for the update but some ppl are finding it difficult to download it to their avatar,maybe you upload the gtdownloader as well here.moreover,thanks very much & keep it up!!!!

JB, YOUR ATACHMENTS HAS BIN EXTENSION, IS IT THE CORRECT ONE?

I av done everything require to upload d software still the thing no upload. I did it on desktop and lapi.
I will suggest if any1 who has suceded in doing his own to help us out by helping us to load it on our dongle then we pay him 4 d service.

try it once more,at which point are you having problem?do you plug the avatar to light after clicking download?did you set the gxdownloader as specified on the diagram of how to upgrade avatar2?did u exstrat the software with winrar before inserting it to the gxloader?make sure you get all these well & believe it will download fine,goodluck

if its not showing d progress status, it probably means there's no active connection btw ur system and ur device. It happens like dat.
Which version of d loader did u use and wat operating system?

version iii on both window xp and window7

this is the message i got

3.the chip is not working properly. may be the chip type selection is not connected (bootloader is not running.

are you sure you checked all settings correctly maybe triple check them just to be sure

av checked everything no mistake at all. could it be posile that the chip type is different from normal chip. also can i see the chip type in the panel of the dongle if i open it up?

is it the .bin file u r referring to or the loader itself if it is the loader, this is the loader that am using GxDownloader

i got same message initially wen i tried mine yesterday.But i later succeeded.Ensure that your cable is well tightened to the port in your desktop.Try out d dump of d previous(old) software first inorder to ascertain that ur connection is ok.Thereafter proceed wit d download of the new software.If the problem persist,cancel d download,then unplug ur adaptor and leave it for a while.U can restart d download later.Dat was how i did mine.I Hope u succeed

u need a loader(get this from avatardongle.U61.Com-google it ,make sure u download 117 gxdownloader-d one for avatar2),d procedure is also available there for download,d software is on d ist page of this thread

thanks for the encourgement. still the same problem men. i have two that av being trying since. it's still the same. what the f**k is wrong with this my dongle? somebody helppppppppppppppppppppppppp.

the problem here is dat many of us are not patient to read and are not IT incline, so if u kn u don't have the technical kn how stop posting and continue to read and meet some1 to do the job for you.....once again so much thanks to the gurus in the house.

i have upgrade close to 7 and they are all working perfectly. All these are using d same soft, av 2,2011 fta, strong 99x.

@yemiola, i wrote sometins on avater gx6102 thread,check it,it might be useful.

can some one pls mail me the avater 2 new software so dat i too can enjoy mytv and nss7 tks... My People.
