My earlier discussion with laura the sycon manager yesterday nite said their products are only meant for experiment and not be sell in the store. As quoted "selling sycon products in the stores is a stupid selling style to do. Watch out the Mr lecturer guys in the house and and stop patronizing them because they took us for fools and monkeys.

i am experiencing the same here ooooo.Even my customers here couldnt find theirs.Any way i have mailed the company for solution.Even no other usb can work with it
