I KNOW WITH NEW DSTV SMART CARD, THEY ARE DIFFICULT TO USE. THE OLD CARDS USED TO WORK.

Forget about DSTV card fƠ̴͡я̲̅ ˚NƠ̴̴̴̴͡wº ...noone is even ready to break d bond...since there a lot of options everywhere

can I substitute d++v decoder for strong 4663x and I will b able to watch stations afta paying for a bouquet ....

pls what is d best sw for 4922 presently cos d one on same decoder i bought yesterday is 1.27 version.

Upgrade to the latest version... V1.55, but if you need TV3, do upgrade with v1.54 mytv or multitv version.

get a diseq switch and choose any ports u like for multitv and mytv e.g mytv to port 1 and multitv to port 2 den connect d central port to ur decoder. go to ur decoder select menu>dish settings>go to astra 28 and scroll down to diseq 1.0 set it on port 2>den move down to diseq 1.1 and set it on port 2>exit save. den go back to dish setting>go to intelsat 7 scroll down to diseq 1.0 and set it on 1 den go to diseq 1.1 and set on 1 too>den exit save. den u can check ur channels

Thanks i have done all this,when i plug the two cable from the lnb on the disqce switch,only one works.e.g astra(multi tv) intelsat(mytv). If i want multi tv signal to show green i must unplug mytv.and if i want mytv and if i plug mytv and multi tv together,multi tv will go off and mytv will open,vice versa, i think the disqe switch is bad. Its smelling like it burned,(blew)i open the back of the disqce switch and i saw that one of the port ic burned,i.e port 1,d port 1 is nt good atall.but other ports are good.could it be that the switch should be replaced? Some1 help me,am a novice but am coming up very fast.

If your frequency is higher than 12524, it wont work. Use 12522V27000 simple

what u need to do is to change ur frequency to 12522 V 27000 any code dan dis will not work no blind scan

Hi house, my strong 4902 decoder n remote seem to be at war with each other. One moment it works, few minutes later it doesn't respond. Initially i thought it was de remote until I learnt it's not by facing it to a digital camera n pressing de keys n all of them blinked through de camera lens indicating it's working. So I suspect it's de decoder's infrared sensor which is faulty Coz whn I switch it off manually n switch back on after abt 5mins, it picks de remote's signals n after few minutes it doesn't work
again. What could be wrong?

If you are an elctronics person, a soldering iron and some lead solder would help. I believe you need to get the contact of the infra bulb rooted onto the circuit board attached to the main board. Lemme know what happens
