Avoid taking stimulant, Eg much of coffee,kola nut they can affect heart function, avoid too much of alcohol,tobacco,snuff they can reduce your life span,eat plenty of vegetables and fruits to correct balance diet,squeeze and drink a little quantity of bitter leaf water at least once a month. It helps liver and kidney to function properly

Typhoid fever=get some lemon grasses,5lipton teas,back of mango tree,25 lime oranges,3 grape oranges,2unriped pawpaw,2unriped pineapple,add garlic,wash and slice them into pieces put them in wide pot and add 3 liters of water and cook for 40 minutes. Dosage=1glass 3times daily for 3days. Prevention measure=A=do not take chilled drinks.B=avoid smelling environment, C=do not stay in the rain for a long time.

what is lemon grasses ? is it lemon tree leaves?
