Yes, under IP Settings, you need to select 3G Modem, and under that input the APN(per your isp), and the Dial No.(*99#).Goodluck

If you are in Ghana, all isps use (internet) as APN except vodafone that uses (browse). dial no. is same everywhere(*99#)goodluck

Well you should find out whether or not you do by dialing the customer care of your ISP, or better still, check from your tablet or smartphone, if you got HSDPA(H) or HSPA(H+), then you do have 3G and should go ahead tweaking until you get it working. Goodluck
