Dongle problems table here

If your dongle is not working pm me your serial number and the problem but if you bought it from me no need as i have it already.

hi, since two days all is offline this was due to when whiskey 2 started working again. Hold on to your 13th and 14th SW.

.Try to change the COM1 to 2 or vice versa.Then continue the download prcocess.

If you try the COM2 and it doesn't work, try 3,4,5,6, until you find the one that will work.

It happened to me once. What I did was to shot down the system, dismantle all the cables, brush off the com port, and air-blow the r23r cable. The 2nd day I reconnected and power on. It started working fine. The only port that would work is com1

.@ Gmailer,that means your is somehow faulty or has a minor fault which need repair.

@pero fnx..@gmailer I tink am gonna 4ollow ur steps cuz GXLOADER only shows COM1 as d default..infact,ve tried more than 3 types of avatar nd yet nt accomplish

Pls someone should help me out. 4 2 days now my avatar is down. D lock light is not stable on green. Blinking from green to red. The STB light dat should be on red has no light on it. Am using dual LNB, other free stations on W3 are showing. Pls I need a clue or its Avatar palava?

Use the AV(video) cable which comes with your avatar and connect your avatar with TV. then enter to menu and search"reset factory" and do it.
i'm not good in english so if your understand french i can explain you clearly.

since you have a dual LNB means your LNB is not set properly try to check if the stations you get free are in H or V

i'l advise pple whose 2011 fta is working 2 change dia soft frm 13th oct 2 oda ones may 7 oct cos all d 1 i load wit 13oct soft are dead but 1 wit oda dates are active. I dont know weda i guess right,@all pls confirm.

Use google to search and downlaod winrar. After the installation, run the gxdownloader then it will work.

Ok for that, you av to go back to the avatar official site to download the software for normal receiver. After the download, make sure you extract the file with the extension .bin. Back In the gxdownloader page where you were aving problem, click the button beside the box to search for the .bin file that you extracted earlier so dat it now appears in the file box then you are good to go.

One end is suppose to be blue while the other black, anyway still interchange the two end aof the cable then see what happens and remember to give feedback.
